SharePoint Views
The Outlook style experience provides access to both SharePoint public and private views for the selected location.
The default view defined in the library or list will automatically be presented when selecting the location.
Supported view capabilities include
- Group By
- Sorting
- Filtering
- All SharePoint columns including External Data columns
Select a view
The default view (as defined in SharePoint) of the selected library or list is shown.
Additional views are available in the drop down picker
Additional options
OnePlaceMail can be configured to show a default view just for OnePlaceMail - independent of the default view configured in SharePoint. To achieve this, create a view named 'Content View ' in the document library or list.
This can be useful if a specific default view is required in SharePoint for some users and a separate default view required when accessing the same library via OnePlaceMail
