Configure Outlook Web to show OnePlaceMail App

The OnePlaceMail App can be pinned in OWA to allow for quick and easy access to SharePoint and Office 365 locations.

Pin the app in Outlook for the Web to easily save to SharePoint or Microsoft Teams

  1. In Outlook for the Web select the gear icon in the top right hand corner

  1. Select 'View All Outlook Settings'

  1. Select Customize actions, under 'Message Surface' > select the OnePlaceMail

  1. Pin the app in the Tool bar when replying to an email for easy access to insert from O365
