Customize OnePlaceMail and OnePlaceDocs

All items that are available in OnePlaceMail Settings can be configured.

When an item is configured through the Configuration Profile, the setting will be available on the client machine.

Configure the profile

The drop down box will allow you to filter the items presented in the view

• All Configuration Items
• Modified items to see which items have been updated
• Popular items that are often configured
• Visual Configuration items - filter out labels and buttons to be configured

Use the filters to quickly find an item to be configured

Deliver SharePoint sites to users in OnePlaceMail or OnePlaceDocs

• From the central drop down, select 'Popular Configuration Items'
• Select SharePoint / Office 365 Connections
• Select Add to add the Url

When this profile is published, these sites will automatically be available in the navigation pane for users to browse and select locations.

All sites and site collections are automatically security trimmed
