We're pleased to announce support for BCS columns for SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint 2019. Making it easier to bring Solutions built in SharePoint to users in the applications they are familiar working in.

Our latest release is here! Save documents you are working on as pdf files using OnePlaceDocs, without leaving the application you are working in.
We have also improved the performance when using Solution Profiles, making it faster to return items from a central register.

- It is now possible to save a Word, Excel or PowerPoint document as a pdf directly in OnePlaceDocs
- Improved performance when using Solution Profiles
- When an email already exists in SharePoint and a copy is saved to the same location the user is notified through an orange alert in the status button in the Outlook ribbon

- Resolved error when loading configuration settings that were set in an older version of OnePlaceLive
- Resolved an issue when setting the Optimize for Compatibility setting on machines that had the setting previously set.

We are excited to announce that one of our most requested enhancements is now available in OnePlaceDocs - the ability to move documents from one location to another.

- Move button - we've made it easier to move content from one location in SharePoint to another with the addition of a 'Move button' in the OnePlaceDocs ribbon (available for SharePoint 2016, 2019 & O365)
- Improved performance when saving to folders in SharePoint locations
- Set multiple email content types. Its now possible to specify multiple email content types in OnePlaceMail settings.
- Automatically download and open email file types via the OnePlaceMail grid view
- Solution Profiles - now able to clone a previously created item. Its now easier to create multiple items in your Solution Profiles.

- Resolved issue when the number of tracked 'Recent' locations has been modified in OnePlaceMail was not appearing
- Resolved issue when attempting to save an attachment that is an msg to SharePoint
- Resolved issue when opening a previously saved email from SharePoint, and attempting to save the email to a new location

We are excited to announce that one of our most requested enhancements is now available in OnePlaceDocs - the ability to edit properties for multiple items in one transaction. This will enhance productivity, and ensure better classification of documents.

We have made it easier for users to identify a site collection when saving with OnePlace Solutions. This release also allows for admins to configure OnePlaceLive to capture additional email properties and promote these to columns in SharePoint.

- OnePlaceMail and OnePlaceDocs users can now set a title when adding a SharePoint site collection, instead of displaying the default Url in the Navigation tree.
- When connecting a site collection via a Configuration Profile, in the OnePlaceLive Administration client, it is possible to display the location of the site collection as a title instead of the default Url
- It is now possible to capture additional email headers and promote these values to columns in SharePoint. This can be configured via the OnePlaceLive Administration client.

- The ability to configure a Solution Profile to use the Office Graph has been removed. This is due to the Office Graph API being deprecated.
- When viewing an item that has been declared a record, the correct item is now displayed. In a previous release the file was displaying the checked out icon.

We are excited to announce check in / check out functionality is now available in OnePlaceDocs!
Check in / Check Out functionality allows you to be more productive by being able to check in a file or see who has a document checked out, right from your desktop. You can now directly add comments when checking the file back in. With R7.7 checking in a file can be managed without going into SharePoint, leaving you to get back to work.

- We are now displaying an icon to show when an item has been declared as a record in SharePoint.

Enhancements:
- Email Tracking Service now has to option to add tracking information against any user in an organization, rather than check if each user is a member of a group. This improves the performance for any organization that does not wish to restrict the adding of tracking information to specific users. The limit to add tracking information to the first 25 recipients of an email still exists.
- Users can now directly access a download link from the "Check for Updates" window.
Bug Fixes
- We have a sandbox solution available for SharePoint Online, following Microsoft's move to disable all sandbox solutions with code. There are still sandbox solutions available for On-Premise SharePoint farms.
- The option in the Configuration service to specify the tracking email subject prefix has been removed, this was causing tracking emails to not be processed and is not necessary

Release 7.1 of the OnePlace Solutions suite of products further extends the enriched document management and email management capabilities of OnePlaceMail and OnePlaceDocs.
Release 7.1 also extends the OnePlaceLive service (for both SharePoint on-premise and Office 365), introducing the ability to surface content within Solution Profiles (provided by the OnePlaceLive service) via search (for on-premise & Office 365) and using Office Graph technology. Solution Profiles can now encompass both content and locations, delivering SharePoint solutions to business users in a consistent, personalized and easy to use manner, irrespective of the physical information architecture of your SharePoint/Office 365 solutions and environment.
