Insert content from Office 365

When composing or replying to an email you can insert links to locations and content directly from Outlook

  • Supports Outlook for the Web and Outlook for Windows Desktop

Insert files and folders to emails

When creating an email or responding to a received email it is possible to easily insert content directly from your O365 locations without leaving Outlook

  1. In the email you are composing, or replying to from the Toolbar menu, select the OnePlaceMail app

  1. Select the Office 365 location you would like to insert content or location from

 

Folders: Select the ellipses on the right hand side and select Insert as link

 

Files: Select the file to insert to the email. Options are to insert as a link, an attachment or convert the document to a pdf format
