Licensing & Subscription

Managing your Subscription Id is a simple process across the OnePlace Solutions product suite.

The Subscription Id will be shared across the entire OnePlace Solutions Suite including OnePlace Desktop and the OnePlaceMail App

  • After starting a OnePlace Solutions download or trial an email will be sent to your mailbox containing your Subscription ID.

  • For simplicity, your Subscription Id is auto enrolled across the Microsoft 365 tenant. All users who have OnePlace Solutions installed will utilize the same Subscription id.

  • Contact us to opt-out to auto subscribe all users.

Enterprise Deployment

For an enterprise deployment of OnePlace Desktop, the primary contact will be advised of the Subscription Id for the organization.

SharePoint On-premises users can license the OnePlace Solutions Desktop Suite through legacy licensing.

Auto Deploy Subscription Id:

By default, the subscription id will be automatically be applied for each user, allowing users to start saving to SharePoint/Office 365 immediately after installation and signing in with their Microsoft 365 account.

Apply Subscription Id via group deployment:

If auto-subscribe cannot be used, it is possible to set the Subscription Id at the time of deploying the MSI files.Generally, auto-deployment is in place for most customers as the customer can control who the software is deployed to.

Apply Subscription Id manually:

If the Subscription Id is not automatically applied you can add the Id to the client installation.
