Create License List

The OnePlace Solutions license list is created within your OnePlace Solutions Administration site. It is best practice to use the license list provided within the OnePlace Solutions Administration site, however you can use a standard custom list in SharePoint to add the license list.

 

The license list should be created in a location where the user has contribute permissions. This will ensure that their credentials will be automatically added to the license list. 

Read access can be given, however the user's credentials will need to be manually added prior to the using OnePlace Solutions products.

How to create your own custom list:

Create new custom list in your SharePoint site, named "OnePlace Solutions License".
