Steps for Active Directory

 

Create a dedicated Active Directory account named OnePlaceSolutionsEmail Tracking

This is the account we use to send transaction emails to, for processing. It is also the account we give rights to, for impersonation to update emails with the 'Transferred to SharePoint' category in Outlook, SharePoint Url, and any custom MAPI columns in the users mailbox from an Email Tracking Service plug in.

 

Details to enter:

First Name	OPS
Last Name	Email Tracking
Username	OnePlaceSolutionsEmailTracking

 

• Set Password to never expire (or as company policy)
