What's New R7.5

This latest release will add significant value to end users, making working with SharePoint even easier. We listened to our user feedback and we're excited to introduce background upload to OnePlaceMail and OnePlaceDocs, improving the save to SharePoint experience. We have also worked to deliver enhancements which allow the user to be more productive, including the ability to download multiple files directly from your desktop.

  • OnePlaceDocs automatically appears in the OnePlaceMail Launch button when both are installed.
  • When selecting an application from the launch button, an icon now appears inline with software name.

  • Resolved issue when the OnePlaceMail PST folder was set to roaming path, and profile redirect was in place
  • Resolved issue where right click 'Copy all Attachments' in OnePlaceMail was not working for all file types
  • Resolved error when attempting to save a msg file when it was an attached to an email

  • Background upload - No need to wait for files to upload, they'll be saved in the background so you can get back to work. The 'Upload Status' button can be selected at any time to check the status of the upload, or check recent activity.
  • Download multiple items - saving you time - hold shift to download multiple files to your desktop
  • Delete items directly from OnePlaceDocs - Quick and easy access to update your libraries directly from your desktop - where you work.

  • Resolved issue with search when alternate access mappings and explicit port numbers
  • Resolved issue where temporary files were being tracked in Windows 10 as recent files
  • Resolved issue on drag/drop for OnePlaceDocs where the default content type was not being applied
  • Resolved issue for navigation tree search, for document sets on particular hierarchy structure
  • Resolved issue for OnePlaceLive Solution Profiles where profiles published to specific groups would revert to unrestricted when saving the profile

  • Right click 'Send to SharePoint' limited to a single file. Please use OnePlaceDocs - background upload for multiple files.
