1. Download and Install
Download and install OnePlace Solutions Desktop suite of products. Installation takes 3 minutes.
Evaluation license: OnePlace Solutions offers a full 30-day trial without a license key.
2. Save your first email to SharePoint
Connect to SharePoint/Office 365
- Add a SharePoint / Office 365 connection to SharePoint/Office 365
- Manage Favorite locations (optional)

OnePlaceDocs
- Browse SharePoint/Office 365 using Docs Explorer for SharePoint/Office 365 (Windows task tray application)
- Save from Adobe Acrobat and Save from Microsoft Office to SharePoint/Office 365
3. Best Practice and enterprise deployment
- Add email columns to ensure email attributes are promoted to SharePoint columns
- Deploy OnePlaceMail and OnePlace Docs via group / central deployment.
- Configure OnePlaceMail and OnePlaceDocs via the Configuration Profile service.
- Build Solution Profiles to surface SharePoint locations and deliver these in applications users are familiar with
