Custom List defnitions

Standard lists and libraries will automatically be displayed in the navigation tree, and shown to the user depending on the SharePoint permissions set.

If the user does not have 'read' permission to the library, the library or list will not be shown in the navigation tree.

It is possible to set custom list definitions, to display libraries/lists that are not part of the default group of templates in SharePoint.

This is useful if you have specific list definitions implemented, that you would like to be displayed in the navigation tree..

The template ID can be located via checking the source of the page, and searching for "Template ID".

To modify this setting, go to OnePlace Live client, select Configuration Profile. Create a configuration profile and select Custom List definitions.

This will then be published to client installations.
