Installing the OnePlace Solution suite of products takes less than 3 minutes. Simply download, install and start using OnePlaceMail and OnePlaceDocs.
When you're ready, learn about publishing Solution Profiles with OnePlaceLive and best practices for planning, configuration and deployment across the enterprise.
Step 1: Download & Install
Download & Install OnePlace Solutions suite of products (run OnePlaceSolutions-Setup.exe)
Email columns to capture email attributes
Install the OnePlaceMail sandbox solution (optional) creating email columns to capture email attributes (when using OnePlaceMail).
This is not mandatory and can be performed in step 3.
Evaluation License
Using OnePlace Solutions software is free during your 30 day evaluation. During the initial 30 days, OnePlace Solutions software will simply work without a license key.
Step 2: First Use:
Connect to SharePoint/Office 365
- Add a SharePoint / Office 365 connection to SharePoint/Office 365
- Manage Favorite locations (optional)
First use: OnePlaceMail
First use: OnePlaceDocs
- Browse SharePoint/Office 365 using Docs Explorer for SharePoint/Office 365 (Windows task tray application)
- Save from Adobe Acrobat and Save from Microsoft Office to SharePoint/Office 365
