Upgrade the email tracker software

OnePlace Solutions will release updates to the Email Tracking service through time. The process of upgrading client and server to use the new version is as follows:

• Install the latest version of OnePlaceMail on the client machines

• On the server that is running the Email Tracking Service, stop the service

• Uninstall 'OnePlaceSolutions Services' from the server

• Install the latest version of the Email Tracker Service, using the msi

• Start the email Tracker Service in the Task Manager/Services on the server. All existing service settings will be retained as part of the upgrade
