Configure the Client Settings

The client machine running OnePlaceMail will need to be configured to use the Email Tracking service. A configuration update will need to be rolled out to the users you wish to use this feature. The configuration can be set via the Configuration Profile tool in the OnePlaceLive Client.

The ‘emailAddress’ attribute value is the email address of the service mailbox created in the pre-requisite setup previously.
