SharePoint Views from Outlook

The Outlook style experience provides access to both SharePoint public and private views for the selected location. This includes all SharePoint view capabilities such as:

  • Columns (including Managed Metadata, Enterprise keywords, External Data columns, Lookup Columns, etc…)
  • Group by
  • Sorting
  • View filtering

Content Filtering and Sorting

In addition to the standard SharePoint view capabilities, you also have the ability to further filter and sort content in the view to make finding content faster.

The default view (as defined in SharePoint) of the selected library or list is shown.  If you prefer to have a different view initially show, create a view by the name of 'Content View' in the library/list.  You can also rename this view to as described in the OnePlace Solutions configuration.
