Central configuration and publishing of client settings

The OnePlace Solutions suite of products can be configured to meet many business requirements. It is optional to change any configurations but is normally considered a part of an enterprise deployment. Some common configurations include:

  1. Defining one or more site/site collection connections
  2. Defining one or more search pages
  3. Renaming some of the buttons/labels

You can create configurations for different business groups / departments

 

The OnePlaceLive Configuration profile service, takes the complexity out of configuring OnePlaceMail and OnePlaceDocs. Simply install the OnePlaceLive Administration site, install OnePlaceLive on your machine.

Connect to the OnePlaceLive site, and create a configuration profile.

Publish your configuration profile - this will be delivered to end users.
